The hours are truly versatile, however they alter the schedule continuously during the week and in some cases do not even tell you, which makes it tough to make plans. They only schedule one week beforehand (so you have the existing week and then they create the schedule that Wednesday for the next week).
The work is fairly easy. Mainly everybody will be trained in at least two locations of the shop (I am now trained for each department). We have to ask EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER and attempt to sell the card after the customer states no.
It can get pretty hectic since it is typically just a single person at the registers, so you are constantly contacting back up individuals (if you have any). Processing (not on the truck) is enjoyable in small amounts, but on the truck processing is awful because of the heat during the summer.
